I've spent 15 years running transformation programmes at scale, mostly in finance and telecom. SAFe RTE by certification, but in practice I'm the person who walks into a messy programme, figures out what's actually broken, and gets it moving.
Lately that's meant embedding AI where it genuinely helps: evaluating LLM tooling for document automation, building prompt frameworks the team actually uses, and running the change management so adoption sticks. Currently pursuing MIT xPRO's AI Strategy & Leadership Programme.
MSc and PhD candidate in Computer Science (predictive analytics in project management, published in Springer), plus an MBA. This lets me speak fluently with both technical teams and C-suite, always keeping the focus on what actually moves the needle.
